Nordic tonttus are mythological  creatures which keep children behaving well and acting kind especially just before Christmas. I remember looking out through the window trying to spot tonttu’s footsteps in the snow when I was a child. And sometimes I was sure I had seen a glimpse of a red pointed hat…

I have various pieces of leather which can be used for the hat and the rest of the tonttu is made with wool by needle felting. The look can be fairly rock and roll or a bit more subtle and are about 25cm tall. It is up to you and I would encourage you to get in touch with your inner child.

This workshop is very relaxed and fun. Materials are included as are and homemade cake and hot drinks.
